To forgive a wrong
Is to heal its pain
To open your heart
Is to brighten a soul
To think clearly without hate
Is to love
So why is it so hard
To change our thoughts
And make them posative and clear
To forgive all that is done
And make the wounds heal
To open our hearts
And give shinning LOVE?

Mother Nature I storming!
Angel Femia

The sky is crying teardrops
Drops fall from the blue
For all the sadened children
Whose lives are so untrue

The sun is hiding behind a cloud
Scared to show his face
Pushes out the raindrops
Childrens pain is a disgrace

Mother nature is storming,
Furry fills the air
Thunder, lightening, fierce winds
We all look land stare

The human race is slowly dying
Killing itself, the pain
Humanity is now such rareness
It seems we are all insane

Wake up people, open your eyes
Look, listen and see
The sadness we have caused
Must stop if human life is to be

Forgiveness

The Real Reasons!

Angel Femia

When we can stop blaming other people for our problems, take responsibility and realize that we are human, bound to make mistakes in life, we will learn to Forgive Ourselves!!! Thus opening the door to forgive others!!!

How many people do you know with what we refer to as chronic migraine headaches, or one of the many other unanswered sicknesses such as chronic fatigue syndrome. My family was filled with these diseases. Through learning and doing the things I was taught during my therapy and training sessions, I was finally able to completely rid myself of the headaches, and other ailments. I also was able to learn and comprehend that these headaches and more then half of the sicknesses we humans suffer from are primarily caused by ourselves holding resentment towards ourselves, and others.

There are quite a few doctors and healers that have come to this same conclusion. Dr. Joseph Murphy has several books on this subject. One of his books I use daily is entitled The Miracle Power of Infinite Riches. Within this book, is example after example where Dr. Murphy learned that his client was resentful, he taught them to forgive and the illness disappeared as my headaches did years ago. Our spiritual and religious leaders have known this on the Spiritual level for centuries. Chruist talked about forgiveness a great deal.

Being raised in an unforgiving atmosphere, I was not taught what forgiveness truly was until I started studying with my first mentor in 1981. To this point I had suffered years with these horrid pains. I would wake up and go to sleep with this pounding of my brain. There were times I could not move, as the thunder would explode inside my head. All resentment built over the years of abuse and neglect.

Joan (my first mentor, and close friend) took one look at me and began to talk about forgiveness. Of course I believed I had forgiven all those whom had hurt me but I did not go deep enough to truly reach my goal. I had not let go of the pain nor had I forgiven myself. The resentment and guilt I had stored inside myself for so many years, was causing my headaches, chronic fatigue and fiber mialga in my muscles. Joan, made it very clear to me that if we are sincerely true to ourselves, love ourselves and always forgive we tend to be a great deal better in both the emotional and physical health department. It took a many hours of talking, thinking, learning and practicing of these lessons, for me to grasp the understanding and accept this as truth, so I did this work and the results are amazing. Of course this was almost twenty years ago and I have not suffered with any of these chronic sicknesses since.

To truly forgive we must first and foremost forgive ourselves as well as:

1. Realize that we must forgive in order to love.

Forgiveness is the key to love. When we do not forgive we build an emotional wall against love itself, therefore we are not capable of giving or receiving love.

2. Build a deep desire to love and heal.

Sometimes forgiveness seems so very hard due to the importance of the pains and loss. Therefore we must build a healthy desire to love ourselves and others to find the proper strength to forgive all the wrongs done on all sides.

3. Face, deal with and let go of all past issues and pain from such.

Open our minds, {all the blocks must open}, deal with all the old horrors, memories and emotions

attached to them, and resolve these issues in order to put them behind us.

4. Forgive all those who we believed has ever hurt us in any way.

Forgiving others is not needed in order to help them but more so to help yourself, even though the positivity and healing helps all. If one is unable to forgive others until one forgives oneself, then we are truly forgiving others in order to help ourselves.

You dont ever have to tell this person they are forgiven, it is and can remain between you and your Creator. No matter what was done to us within our lives, forgiveness is possible if we truly wish to forgive. Nothing is unforgivable.

We need to understand why, and once we have found that, it becomes so much easier.

In order to forgive others we must forgive ourselves first. No different then respect or love unless we attend to our own back yard and give these things to ourselves we are incapable of sharing them with others. Once we have done this, we must extend this forgiveness to all those whom have hurt us.

5. Collect all the learning from all painful experiences.

In every experience we go through in life we are given what I refer to as a jewel. No matter how hard the situation was to endure there is always a learning experience within.

6. Let it go!

Put the experience behind you and go forward with love.

"Illegal or Legal Drugs,
Which Are Worse?"
Angel Femia

Becoming addicted in our society is one of the easiest things we can do. We
can obtain drugs
almost anywhere from someone. If not our dealers, our doctors or friends.
Somehow they are
always in our reach.
I spent many years addicted to substances and watched many of my friends go
through these horrid
experiences that drugs take us into.
One of my closest friends and I found, there truly are not that many
differences between the pains of being
addicted to prescribed drugs and street drugs.

My friend was addicted to crack. In no time she aged 20 years, almost as
though she had
never been the beautiful young person I new for so long. Crack as you know
is a street drug.
Around the same time I was addicted to codeine, a legally prescribed drug.
This drug is one of the most well-known pain medicines used in our society
today.
In no time, being addicted to this drug, my body was almost lifeless, and I
looked older then
50, though I was barley 25.
Most of the time I had a very hard time getting my eyes to focus on
anything, let alone what was
right in front of me. I would go places, be sitting having coffee, and not
remember how or when I
got there. I would say things to people and have arguments with them and not
even remember the
time at all.
Many times I was stopped while driving my car by the police, given tickets,
taken home and wake
up the next morning not knowing the situation ever happened. One time I even
drove my car into a
swamp, fell asleep and woke up the next day covered in mud, with no idea of
how I got there.
My friend, who was doing crack was waking up in strangers beds, beaten, cut
and bruised at times.
Her addiction was a little wilder as crack does not have the sedatives in it
that codeine does,
and it is a street drug as apposed to prescribed meds. Once she was found in
a barn, nude with
cuts all over her body and a broken arm, 50 miles from home.
My body was going through hell and I was emotionally outraged most of the
time. With the shakes
shattering my balance, still feeling the pain that the codeine was surposed-to
be numbing,I would
just take more. I could not think clearly and was an emotional freak.
Other then that I was dead and didn't want to lay down.
According to my friend her body was experiencing the same, except some of the
time her hyper ness would kick in {as apposed to the sluggishness I was
experiencing} and her mind was a total mess. She
could not count the times she had been raped, horridly beaten and left for
dead.
The major difference was due to the sedatives in the prescribed drugs, I was
sluggish and
dragging my ass, while my friend was hyper and living on raw nerve.
Codeine and crack are worse on our bodies then any drug I know of. They are
both highly
addict able substances and the chemicals literally sink into the tissue of
our bodies and organs
causing them to screw up completely. Crack is what I call the street equal
to codeine. Both drugs
create the same evil head space or thought patterns, as well.
Once addicted to codeine or crack one has no morals, ethics, decision making
processes, are
unable to distinguish right from wrong, and most horridly, no conscience.
The longer these drugs are taken, the more negative the personality the
addict displays such as:
verbal diarrhoea, cold heartedness, demanding attitudes, violent outbursts,
lustful actions,
selfishness, and resentful, hateful displays.
Both these drugs are deadly. The only real differences are one is obtained
on the streets and
one in a doctors office, one is smoked and one is swallowed, one is legal
and one is illegal.
Still both are way too easy to obtain, and not so easy to shake.
